What you’ll be doing
Our CRM Marketer is responsible for assisting in the development of the omnichannel marketing strategy for various fashion brands including Michael Kors, Tory Burch, Versace, Kar Lagerfeld and more. The person in this role will plan and execute instore CRM initiatives and provide insights and reports for each brand.
Propose new channels and capabilities to enable on the Marketing tool, given the Brands’ maturity
Support in the logic set-up of the Marketing tool and its capabilities for all Brands
Implement the Marketing Automation strategies
Assist in the definition of Customer Journeys for the different clusters of customers within each Brand
Create content for each Brand related to customer and Brand milestones and in line with the Customer Journey
Liaise with the graphic design team for the assets and the marketing team for alignment with Brand guidelines
Guarantee optimal development and deployment of campaigns based on business goals, customer insights, and their behavior
Build a Clienteling strategy that reflects the brand’s vision
Ensure a 360 alignment between the social media, e-commerce, retail, and triggered communication strategies to seamlessly engage with audiences across all channels
Segment database to ensure relevance to customers and optimal use of the budget in each campaign
Develop effective training and deployment plans for CRM tools for the stores
What you’ll need to succeed
Experience in CRM and Clienteling – 3+ years
Knowledge of Salesforce
Experience with training store staff
ability to build reports and dashboards
Experience with visualization tools, preferably Looker is a huge bonus
You must come from a retail fashion background
Arabic speaking is preferred
