What you’ll be doing

Our Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for driving the digital strategy of the business with a strong focus on local online advertising and ROI for the Brand.

Assist the Marketing Manager in the development of the yearly digital marketing strategy; agree on action plans, initiatives and finalize the yearly campaigns calendar (in line with Global calendar)

Work closely with the eCommerce Department for online campaigns

Drive revenue growth across multiple countries working across display advertising, PPC, retargeting, and paid social

Plan and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising with focus on conversion and lead generation

Develop strong rapport with agency partners and provide them with recommendations for optimizing performance across all channels (paid search, paid social, display)

Maintain our social media presence across all digital channels

Optimise the advertising campaigns strategy with focus on conversion and lead generation

Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests

Exercise email marketing initiatives, including the calendar, creatives, segmentation, testing, optimization, and website triggers

Analyse online customer knowledge and update action plan accordingly to reach defined goals (drive traffic to site, store, online sales, feedback gathering etc.)

Monitor Brand’s online reputation & awareness by ensuring relevant online presence and content management

Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, analyze data to optimize the digital strategy, identifying opportunities and conducting testing across all channels

Work closely with Marketing, Creative, Data and Product teams to plan and execute all marketing campaigns and always-on activities across digital channels, to drive business objectives

Drive paid marketing strategies to maximize the ROI on marketing spend and achieve KPI target

Identify new channels and opportunities for growth and test their effectiveness

Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate and enhance the end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels

Performance Marketing

Develop and implement the always-on media strategy in collaboration with the Digital Media and Creative agencies

Work with the CRM team to identify and execute retargeting opportunities in line with customer lifecycle and behavioral triggers

Develop and monitor campaign performance by channel (Direct, Free Search, Paid Search, Social Media, Associates, Other)

Provide strategic and tactical recommendations to the Marketing, Media and Creative teams to improve performance

Analysis & Optimization

Creation, management, and analysis of digital channel reports to provide insights and recommendations for performance optimization and decision making

Work with analytics to maximize revenue through testing multiple channel attribution and capital allocation

Conduct analysis on multiple sets of data to identify opportunities and draft strategic proposals to improve performance and swiftly execute approved suggestions

Develop, conduct and evaluate A/B tests across digital channels and marketing campaigns

Create tracking (tagging) and reporting system for campaigns/platform performance (attribution, measurement, analytics) and establishing KPIs

Web/App

Work alongside the Digital Marketing Manager to deliver the website redevelopment project

Define and implement the SEO and ASO strategy in line with industry best practice

Manage the design and development of landing pages that are optimized towards the user experience and business KPIs

Manage incoming requests for App and Website enhancements together with the Product Manager

Identify critical conversion points and drop off points to optimize user funnels

Proactively suggest and implement tools, features or updates that enhance the user experience and drive the business KPIs; based on data, new technology and industry best practice

Work alongside the Brand marketing team to create and maintain content for App, Website, Digital Catalogue and Landing Pages via the CMS

What you’ll need to succeed

Native Arabic speaker is mandatory

Demonstrable experience managing SEM, Paid Social and Display marketing campaigns

Excellent knowledge of SEO best practices with proven experience implementing SEO

Experience creating websites and/or landing pages

Strong analytical skills with the ability to dig into the details of individual campaigns and ad performance

Intermediate knowledge of digital analytics tools including Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Firebase and UXCam, as well as Mobile Marketing Platforms (preferably Adjust or Branch)

Understanding of cross-channel and cross-platform attribution modelling, A/B and multivariate experiments and conversion funnel optimization

Previous experience working in Digital Marketing within the retail or luxury sector preferable

Strong communication skills, proactive attitude, logical thinking ability, good teamwork spirit and strong sense of responsibility

Bachelors or Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field
