Fleet Administrator

Job Role:

To ensure that all fleet documents are electronically filed and easily accessible to all.

To ensure all the general procurement LPO are generated on timely manner.

To ensure all spare keys are released upon requests and is monitored and tracked.

Key Responsibilities:

Administration-

Ensure that all fleet documents are electronically filed and easily accessible.

All documents to be filed manually.

Ensure that all MLA, SLA and annexures are sent to the customers within an average of 1 working day.

SAP-

Create LPO is SAP as per the confirmed General procurement orders.

GRN to be done once the product/service is procured and ready.

Invoice verification to be done.

Check on all open LPOs and follow up with the vendor for invoices.

Report generation- Ensure relevant reports are send to the managers.

Spare key management –

Assist with the releasing of spare keys for fleet vehicles.

Ensure spare keys are sourced for when requested by various department with proper documentation.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:

PC Literate

Proficient in MS Office – especially MS Excel, Word and Outlook

Highly organized

Job-Specific Skills:

Efficient administration skills

Good communications skills
