About the role We are currently seeking an experienced, senior level individual to join our Enterprise IT organization as a Head of Operations.
The role is responsible for partnering closely with Group CTO/IT directors and Business functions in establishing the technology roadmaps, defining delivery frameworks and processes, establishing financial discipline and reporting, and building a lean high-performance technology organization to advance the business needs for agility, costs and stability.
Key Accountabilities Support IT directors and Business Function leads, strategic technology capabilities roadmaps that guides future growth and development of the various LOBs in the group.
Support Program Managers in the translation of large technology project objectives into tactical delivery plans with mechanisms for key measurements in place to monitor progress. Plan for built-in performance indicators to measure the success of the programs for the business.
Demonstrate technology thought leadership with respect to the EIT internal processes and practices to drive transparency and predictability in deliveries, improve quality, speed to market etc.
Provide central oversight for key activities such as EIT Budgets Planning and Analysis, Demand and Capacity Management, and Third Party Management. Drive Lean culture and discipline: reduce production/delivery costs, eliminate waste, improve quality, and optimize financials.
Design and execute strategic non-technology EIT internal transformation programs with a view to continuously improve the organization.
Design, generate and manage EIT, LOB and Program level report creation.
Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience preferably
B.Tech/BE Minimum Experience and Knowledge:
15+ years of proven experience in related technology management Superior analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a strong strategic and business mindset.
Demonstrated strategic planning, delegation, financial reporting, budgeting and cash flow management skills.
Consistently detail-oriented, goal-oriented and able to work in a team.
Highly developed interpersonal skills and proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels within an organization.
Job-Specific/Technical Skills required to complete the tasks:
Background in designing/developing/delivering IT systems and planning IT implementations.
