READ CAREFULLY before applying: Looking for an energetic, driven person with excellent leadership, communication and project management skills. As the Marketing Executive, you would be responsible for initiating, implementing and tracking all marketing campaigns and promotions to promote footfall and sales in the stores. Responsible for ideation of Integrated Marketing plan, brand awareness and sales promotion to increase brand equity & drive walk-ins with more focus on conversions. CRM Loyalty & Referral programs, Database management (HIGHLY Important). This is outsourced to a different company and needs careful planning and organization. Weekly leaflets – gather information and promotions from the Purchasing Manager and coordinate with the Graphic Designers. Responsible for planning and finalizing the weekly leaflets and other prints from A to Z. Prepare first cut marketing calendar for carrying out marketing activities and planning the leaflets in advance. This includes marketing plans for important upcoming events e.g. Ramadan, Christmas, New Years, Eid etc etc… Concept, Planning and Implementing ATL, BTL activities, events and In-store activations, roadshows on a weekly/ monthly basis to bring footfalls. Digital Marketing/ Social MediaHandling and lead generation/ SMS/ E-Mailblasts, Association with third partyfor Online/Offline campaigns. Establish marketing and social media strategy to drive sales. Initiate and oversee website updates/ social media updates. Collateral planning, BTL/ATLactivation for new product launches, Product and customer feedback and brand campaigns To manage and coordinate the weekly leaflets with the graphic designers for each store. Increase the customer base of each store and ensure higher customer satisfaction & retention and run customer loyalty promotions on existing customer base. Tracking condensed information about the Competitors and market trend tracking. Contributing to the revenue through new channels such as installing stalls, corporate tie-ups, tie – ups with vendors and suppliers etc. Coordination with Store managers, Purchase team and designers for the smooth implementation of the various marketing plans. Interacting/ co-coordinating with media/creative agency/ printing press for developing communication collaterals for branding and promotions. Work closely with the Managing Director in executing his plan and assignments Ready to work for 6 days a week – Sat to Thurs – Not time bound Educational Qualification: Undergraduate in Business or any discipline with a specialization in Marketing preferred. Good Digital Marketing, Social media Handling and strategy skills Public relations skills Creative design and communication skills Supervisory experience Negotiation skills Proficient in use of computers particularly Excel, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint. Preferably from Supermarket / Retail / Hypermarket / FMCG industries. Preferably located in Dubai Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: AED4,000.00 to AED5,000.00 /month Experience:
