As a Marketing Executive you will be supporting the Marketing Team with the execution and management of marketing campaigns through a 360 integrated marketing approach including content creation, PR & influencer marketing, and social media.

What you’ll do:

PR and Influencer Marketing

Work alongside the team to define the yearly PR & Influencer strategies for existing and new brands

Build relationships with top media to ensure consistent PR coverage throughout the year

Prepare and dispatch press kits & creative gifting to be sent to media and top influencers in GCC for monthly and weekly editions

Create a hype through internal Chalhoub Group PR

Day-to-day activities such as monitor of clippings, dispatches and influencer relations

Responsible for drafting and translating press releases

Support in ideating, planning and executing brand events/press trips in certain key moments of the year for media and influencers

Identify and build relationship with relevant influencers, negotiating fair rates for content & campaigns, and ensuring the relevant agreements are in place

Knowledgeable on key influencers for KSA and Kuwait

Work on creative campaigns, special activations and sponsorships with influencers to support brand’s visibility, awareness and ultimately conversions

Scout influencers for own brand concepts

Liaising with agency for management of digital advertising brands’ campaigns

Develop and implement the social media calendar, by ensuring selection of most effective creative assets (gif, video, tutorial, etc.)

Responsible for organizing and filing content for different channels

Lead and support management of all photoshoots with agency, including scouting models, pre-production, production etc., support directing talent on-set, overseeing all post-production, and driving branded content to completion

Manage social media channels (community management)

Monitor competitor’s online presence and social media activities

Responsible for monthly end of campaign, event and brands performance’s reporting

Responsible for tracking and updating content, PR & Influencer budget

Invoice processing

Develop KPI frameworks to assess influencer’s profiles and affinity for campaigns

Digital Communication and Content

Monitor competitor’s online presence and social media activities

What we are looking for:

Experience managing multiple brands, campaigns and stakeholders

Digitally savvy with ability to execute online and offline marketing initiatives

Social media enthusiast

Strong PR experience with marketing mind who knows the influencer world and walk the shoes of customers by promoting the brand

+3 years’ experience in a communications role – beauty industry is a plus

English & Arabic Speaking

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or similar

Well-organized, impeccable communication and negotiation skills

Result-oriented

Team player with willingness to learn
