First and foremost we are looking for a creative leader to conceptualize and create, maintain, and improve all graphic and website design, copy, and promotional assets, and more behind our brands and owned properties. You are a creative force who can work across many teams and understand the nuances of daily project management. You understand the complexity and are able to fulfill a multi-faceted position with complete ease while reporting to multiple people responsible for our 3 different brands in 3 different industries. Your role is a combination of management of our social media platforms and online presence, graphic design of all marketing collateral, and some PR efforts. This role is expected to bring to life our brands, marketing collateral, and all offline and online content via your designs. Online you will grow our followers, engage and retain them, and help convert them into customers and active fans of our companies. You should have command of best practices and trends in social media marketing, enjoy being creative, and understand how to both build and convert a digital audience. This role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills. In this role you will be directed and lead by the owners of 3 different companies. Each company has a different set of marketing objectives and goals that must be fulfilled via your role. Responsibilities: Create regular content to be marketed via all channels (social media, emails, website, etc.) as per the marketing calendar / plan set by management. Brainstorm with management on a monthly basis on marketing ideas and activities and set marketing goals to be achieved through these projects. Create and manage all design needs such as presentations, signage, and collateral as needed. Proactively scope and help bring new ideas for design and content creation to the team using your expertise and eye for great design. Discuss and have approval for Marketing plan and budget to run social promotions, campaigns, online marketing and other events. Run regular social promotions and campaigns and track their success, as well as the content and links posted through these and other channels. In charge of all external, online acquisition marketing, managing the strategy, execution, and optimization across channels. Make data-driven decisions, discuss with management to have approval and move the team and our content forward and hit company goals. Keep the team up-to-date with the latest trends in content marketing and new ways to engage and reach our target customers. Wherever possible and needed connect with influential media outlets and journalists to place success stories about company news and other initiatives. Assist with event planning, including working with vendors, event coordinators, and design teams for on-site collateral. Create content regularly for corporate announcements, and creative content like Slide Shares to grow the company’s footprint. Assist with building our monthly/yearly marketing calendar. Create and manage corporate identity & promotional content (website, flyers, vouchers, etc.) that is relevant to the personality and values of our brand. Assist Management in developing a PR and marketing strategy & a viable plan that will enable us to efficiently promote Sugar Beauty Lounge, Tonic Juice Bars and Yogashi Bakery. To clarify objectives, identify preferences; discuss thematic approaches & an overview of opportunities & challenges. Initiate & support marketing campaigns that will achieve brand recognition, credibility, & increase sales. Proof read Arabic and English text for all marketing material. Manage and oversee the design and production of e-newsletters, HTML e-mailers, flyers, vouchers, etc. Copywriting: Structured copy platform to include headings, phrases and words that reflect the subject and its values. Website content written with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) in mind. Proofreading of all final collateral and web pages. Content to be translated to Arabic. Overseeing the website design, copy and maintenance as follows: A custom designed website with web graphic layout design. HTML pages that follow the design concept. Social media page linking to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube. Design the site with flexible elements that are transferable to print media. Enable ease of use for all constituencies whilst ensuring that menus are simple, the site architecture is clear and the type is easily legible across all platforms. Pages to be uncluttered. Images to be powerful and consistently treated throughout the site. Unlimited web hosting services. Monthly maintenance to maintain and improve the ranking position. Design services including development of concepts, comprehensive refinements, research and art editing. Production services including implementation, art preparation, and preparing files for programming. Electronic proofs and presentation materials. Beta testing of website. HTML website with updating facilities. Flash animation on home page. Photo gallery. Ideas developed and designed to convey the brand message. Layout presentation, colour and typeface all to be kept in line with the brand identity. Upon confirmation of final design and layout text and images gathered and created. Design to be proofed and refined and prepared for final production. Public Relations & Media Relations Editorial calendar development. Media list development. Press release development, copywriting and distribution on a regular basis. Dealing with reactive and proactive media inquiries To manage media relations to gain exposure and coverage in select media channels to hit the target audience. The focus will be on gaining quality coverage in target media through a creative and proactive approach. To engage the media by arranging media reviews and blogger events. Newsletter: To create a monthly newsletter informing the target audience of the various activities and offers at Sugar Beauty Lounge, Tonic Juice Bars and Yogashi Bakery. Include competitions, promotions, new services and treatments, etc. The newsletter would go out to potential and existing customers, networking communities, target media, etc. Social media: Manage the our company’s Facebook/Instagram/ Twitter pages with a goal of increasing ‘likes’ and fans. Implement weekly competitions. Create and execute ideas and strategies to engage the target audience. Promotion: Promote new products into stores to increase retail sales. Collaborate with other retailers/ brands/ suppliers for cross promotional events. Organise in store and out of store events to promote Sugar Beauty Lounge. New Services: Regularly promote new services and treatments being added to the menu of services. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing from a recognized university / college. Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns. Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills. Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity. Good communication and people skills, including good listening skills Time management skills Ability to handle pressure and stress Experience Minimum experience 5 years, of which at least 2-3 years in the UAE beauty industry in a Managerial position. Job Types: Full-time, Contract Salary: AED5,000.00 – AED8,000.00 per month Experience:
