Developing and managing the Digital, Offline Marketing and CRM activities of the Group.

Job Description

• Working closely with the team lead and the management in developing marketing programs, designing marketing strategies, and implementing marketing campaigns
• Planning and managing the Eyewear division social media platforms, including community management
• Working closely with the team in developing and executing timely CRM led activations/communications
• Constantly exploring new and creative ways to drive more traffic to the e-commerce sites
• Working closely with the Brand, Marketing and Graphic design teams to deliver advertising and creative requirements for e-commerce and store promotions/activities
• Managing the brand content on the Eyewear and Group sites, working with the marketing team to constantly update with latest topics
• Executing ongoing digital health checks for the Group’s social media, online mediums and conducting an internal audit for our channels on a quarterly basis
• Assisting in developing brand marketing calendars in line with business/brand plans
• Compiling reports received from social media monitoring tools and providing recommendations to enhance future campaigns
• Managing and monitoring influencer marketing initiatives regionally
• Executing any other functional duties as and when required by the team lead

Profile

• Very current and updated in the world of Digital Marketing
• Clear understanding of customer centric CRM approach, strong understanding of CRM best practices
• Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be a team player, a lateral thinker and able to work well under pressure
• High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is a must
• Skills and experience in creative content writing
• Preferably with a Retail or an Advertising agency background, servicing luxury and fashion brands
• Valid UAE Driving License
• MBA/MIB/BSc/BA in Marketing/Digital marketing or relevant fields
• Proven Marketing experience of min 5- 7 years
