Pega Automated CDD Program background: The bank is implementing Pega65533s Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) solution to support Customer Due Diligence (CDD) processes for all segments CIB, Retail and Private Banking 65533 ENBD IE.
Program Objective: Deliver a dedicated automated CDD Management System to document, track and renew customer information recorded for CDD / KYC purposes at onboarding and on an ongoing basis (Periodic and Trigger reviews).
Problem Statement: The bank is replacing the fragmented CDD process with an automated CDD system that can support the bank to address its functional and nonfunctional CDD requirements.
Benefits: Satisfy CBUAE recommendations, enhance CDD efficiencies, adapt to a rapidly changing regulatory environment, and manage endtoend customer lifecycle by streamlining onboarding, periodic and trigger reviews, and unwrapping.
Testing Requirements: 2 Resources (One Test Lead and One Functional Tester for UAT)
Ideal experience (however, experienced test resources will be considered)
