Job Title Retail Marketing Manager


1. Promoter Operations – Hisense and Gorenje [ HA ] 1. Identify target stores, no. of promoters required, ROI simulation and allocation plan. 2. Estimate total budget requirement, take necessary approvals for its allocation. 3. Management and control: Journey plan for store visit, Identify and solve promoter issues on floor, with agency and with sales team, Cooperate with Store manager for promoter deployment, rotation, access, duty timing, badges etc. promoter floor management – Displays, branding, POP, stocks, content, connectivity, display neatness. Manage promoter vacations, leave and replacements, Take store manager feedback on overall promoter work. 4.Agency Management: For promoter related matters – recruitment, terminations, legalization, store badges, time line management, cost control etc. Make promoter guidelines with agency for annual leave calendar, allowed sick leaves, attendance/ punctuality, air tickets, medical etc. Monthly Promoter reporting and analysis: 1. Manage promoter online App for data collection & accuracy. Update app with latest input data like model list, competition etc. Track promoter attendance, data input timeline. 2. Monthly Promoter performance analysis and review – Promoter performance analysis, Promoter grading, Premium product sales, Stock issues, Competitor information analysis. Trend analysis – Sales, ASP, premium products, Screen sizes. Creating business insights for decision making. Management reporting of reports and insights. 2. Training operations – Hisense and Gorenje [ HA ] 1. Training plan execution for HA products, target Scope – Product training, Soft /Sales skills, Conversion skills, Upselling skills 2. Training mode and frequency: Class room once in a month, field training to make monthly store visit plan. 3. Training plan: To make annual training calendar for target product categories cities/ countries, channel/ stores/ contents. Journey plan for field training execution. 4. Training content development by coordinating with local PM, HQ team etc. Mange regional training as per requirements for MENA region. 3. HME Marketing budget management and execution: 1. Marketing budget management, execution and control: MAF Process in GRS, Vendor bidding, invoices, support docs, payments. 2. Contact point for Coordination with bidding agencies, regional partners and finance department to execute budget 3. Payment application, vendor invoicing, proof/ support collections, application and follow-up. 4. Marketing budget expense analysis and reporting – Forecasting, Operations analysis, Ledger maintenance, HQ reporting, ROI and KPI analysis. 4. HME Marketing material management: 1. Planning, ordering, allocation, dispatching, tracking. Budget and it processing. 2. Responsible for SAP system update, physical stocks and Audits. 3. Responsible for showroom assets, maintenance, issuance. 4. Marketing material PIC for Local teams, Partners, HQ and Finance.’ Other Requirement

  • Gradate/Post Graduation
  • Good Communication and Presentation Skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: AED15,000.00 – AED18,000.00 per month Experience:

  • Retail Marketing Management: 5 years (Preferred)
