What do we expect from you?
Working closely with the Commercial Director, MEIA, and in coordination with the other regional departments and Boutique teams, the Retail Operations Manager supervises all functions of Retail Operations in line with Maison and Regional Policies & Procedures.
You will provide strategic analysis and action plans for Operations Retail Network and you will work closely and liaise with the responsible teams to support global strategies and execute action plans per boutique to reach sales objectives.
You will support all store and sales development projects related to operations and you will support store openings, store renovations and events.
You will be SAP touch point and referent for Middle East roll out and run key user tests and conduct operations training.
You will be responsible for vendors monitoring and store inventories and audits.
You will plan and execute Boutique Managers Meetings and Boutique Administrators Meetings.
You will actively participate in the formulating of the Commercial Section of the yearly strategic plan for the UAE
You will manage distribution of all commercial related materials (i.e. Business Cards, Stationary, gifts, catalogues etc.).
You will be responsible to monitor Worldwide price comparison tool.
You will be the Ambassador of Maison at all the levels!
