Job description: 1:Train the personnel through development programs for the future needs of the company.
2:Communicate stock replenishment needs to sales supervisor, distribution and buying
3:Ensure that all the merchandise is properly ticketed and attractively displayed.
4:Manage administrative systems and procedures efficiently and in accordance with company
5:Responsible for adherence to all loss prevention policies, credit policies and procedures, i.e.

6:Conduct monthly one/one’s with the personnel and weekly meetings with team.
7:Establish weekly sales objectives for store and personnel (Supervisor or Operational manager.)
