Tazzetti FZE, based in Jebel Ali Free Zone Dubai, is a company of Tazzetti group www.tazzetti.com since 1909 is a leading global group in the refrigerants and specialty gases business and environmental technologies and services.
We are currently seeking a European professional , Italian speaking candidates are welcome, highly motivated person to work with a wide variety of clients to deliver high quality products and professional services, and manage business development activities on strategic and global priority accounts.
The person must be resident in Dubai (UAE).
The primary responsibility of the sales development market position is developing business for product categories within the Tazzetti brand portfolio via sales and marketing efforts with customers in local territories that will ultimately contribute to division plan achievement.
Customers at the local level will include warehouse distributors, installers, national accounts and retail parts stores.
Additional responsibilities of the position include business planning, servicing and supporting assigned existing customer base, new business prospecting, new store set-ups, selling programs and promotions, working with customers to develop downstream pull programs designed to create demand for Tazzetti brands.
This position will have a special focus on training customers on our high quality products, amplifies awareness and strengthens image of the company and its products and services by identifying and cultivating influential relationships with key specifying accounts, general contractors and key customers and within sales channels.
Advises and assists Tazzetti marketing and sales offices in growing business and managing relationships with identified national general contractors.
Foster relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels. Consistently deliver quality client services. Drive high-quality work products within expected timeframes and on budget. Monitor progress, manage risk and confirm key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes. Manage expectations of client service delivery. Stay abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to the client’s business.
Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Demonstrate ability to quickly assimilate to new knowledge. Possess good business acumen.
Preferred knowledge/skills, education, and experience:
1.a bachelor’s degree and approximately 5 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 4 years of related work experience;
2.a degree with an emphasis in business administration, marketing, engineering, statistics, economics, MIS (business perspective); MBA or equivalent is preferred;
3.business development experience. Successful track record of managing projects within a matrix organization. Minimum 5 years managing large enterprise accounts;
4.technical or related industry experience required;
5.a working knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications including AX, Salesforce.com, Unica, Vendavo or Pros;
6.excellent Microsoft Office skills are required especially in Excel and PowerPoint;
7.technical, product and service application and oral and written communication skills essential;
8.a willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 80%;
9.a valid driver’s license in the UAE and a valid passport required; willingness and ability to travel internationally
10.the ideal candidate would be located in the UAE area;

We welcome candidates coming from technical sector as well industrial gases, fluid dynamics sector, conditioning and refrigeration components and compressed air sector.
