Within One Month Responsibilities

Responsible to create an environment that allows a smooth flow of communication between Customers & Vendors in the transaction.
Respond quickly and efficiently to all in-coming sales enquiries, by telephone, fax and email, preparing brochures as required.
Follow up all enquiries, preparing proposals where necessary and facilitating show rounds with potential clients.
Responsible for accurate and timely issue of quotations and proforma invoices to customers as required.
Meet customers to discuss their requirements.
Promotion of facilities to new and existing clients through a pro-active approach.
Maintain an efficient working environment & good relations with customers.
Make accurate purchases of material supplies for resale as required by the customer.
Solve problems by liaising with the other staff and the customer.
Other tasks to support the business plan as and when required.

Expected salary: 8001 – 10000 per month
