Territory Sales Manager Role Description: In this role, you are responsible for ensuring territory targets are achieved in alignment with company sales policies. You are responsible for building business by identifying and acquiring prospective restaurants and retail establishments (partners), creating a strong clientele and practicing excellent client relationship management for sustainable business success. You must be able to drive qualitative performance and ensure high levels of partner activation, collaboration and satisfaction. Undertake day-to-day sales tasks with diligence and without deviation Achieve the financial and non-financial goals in your assigned territory Be updated on changes and issues that affect partners and ensure that they have access to this information on a timely basis Support your partners in their efforts and close new business deals by focusing on referrals Ensure that the sales leads generated are effectively utilized with high conversion rates Maintain strong relationships with partners and advise them on issues related to their business Work closely with partners to understand their pain points, and effectively convey our company’s features and benefits to their needs to help promote sales Reach out to partners frequently to create suitable offers for increasing customer base, and create more visibility on our platform Review industry trends and continuously anticipate future needs Monitor the market and provide timely, accurate and effective feedback to the management Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline Minimum 5 years’ relevant sales experience in UAE Excellent communication and negotiation skills – English and Arabic Must possess own vehicle – two wheeler or four wheeler – with valid driving license Should be comfortable with extensive local traveling on a daily basis Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: AED5,000.00 – AED10,000.00 per month Experience:
