Job Purpose:The job holder is responsible for adjudicating branch warranty claims effectively and timely as per Toyota Motor Corporation warranty policies and procedures and monitors branch adherence to Warranty policies and procedures from TICO.
- Clerical functions and maintain Personnel and Administrative records and procedures.
- Check quality of job cards received in terms of warranty availability of vehicle components and operation numbers.
- Ensuring all parts and consumables are recorded on the warranty claims.
- Maintains relationship with the Principal technical support for any support on clarification of service procedure, change / update in service aspects and warranty
- Conduct demonstrations during new vehicle delivery and accompany technicians to customer site for warranty orientation
During busy/peak periods there could be an overwhelming number of warranty related jobs in the service center
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:Diploma or equivalent in Mechanical / Automotive or related fieldCertified Automotive Technician
Minimum Experience:Minimum 3 years hands on experience in workshop repair and operations in a reputed automotive dealership, out of which 1 year is in a training / quality inspection role.
Job-Specific Skills:Good communicator in English; Arabic an advantage
